Local indoor cycling app with Bluetooth trainer control, interval workouts, a training calendar, and MCP planning tools.
OpenTrainer runs an indoor cycling interface in desktop Chrome or Edge, connecting to FTMS trainers through Web Bluetooth. It supports live ride metrics and ERG interval workouts, with activities, workouts and a training calendar stored locally as JSON. An MCP interface lets compatible AI clients create training plans and review recorded activities. Manual FIT export is also available.
