Vulnerability scanning engine for Greenbone.

OpenVAS Scanner executes vulnerability tests from the Greenbone feed as the scanning engine within Greenbone Community Edition and Enterprise appliances. Administrators can build the scanner from source or deploy its container image alongside the other Greenbone components. The repository also contains a Rust implementation that brings scanner services together around the existing scan engine.
