.NET library and command-line tool for reading barcodes from images and PDFs using managed code.

OpenBarcode extracts barcode values from image files and PDFs through a .NET library or command-line tool. It scans embedded PDF images and rasterizes vector paths, returning decoded text, formats and page information. Callers can restrict formats and page ranges or process documents incrementally with cancellation. Managed-code decoding avoids native imaging libraries; barcode-font text inside PDFs is unsupported.
