Terminal AI assistant that generates shell commands from natural-language requests using local models and Ollama.

Open Codex turns natural-language requests into suggested shell commands in a terminal. Users can review each suggestion, copy it to the clipboard, execute it after confirmation, or cancel. The command-line application runs on macOS, Linux and Windows, using local language models or a locally running Ollama server for tasks such as finding files and unpacking archives.
