Rails application powering the OpenStreetMap website and API.

The OpenStreetMap website application provides user accounts, diaries, messaging and pages for browsing map data. It also implements XML and JSON editing APIs and GPX upload and browsing services. Deployments use Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL and depend on separate map-tile and geocoding services; the default setup connects to public services for development and testing.
