Subdivision surface library.

OpenSubdiv supplies C++ libraries for evaluating subdivision surfaces on CPU and GPU hardware, including deforming meshes with fixed topology. Developers can embed its core libraries using the C++ standard library, then enable optional evaluation and display components for graphics APIs. CMake build options control those integrations and the accompanying interactive example viewers.
