Wind turbine and wind farm simulation tools.

OpenFAST simulates the coupled aerodynamic, hydrodynamic, control-system and structural response of wind turbines. Engineers can study land-based, fixed-bottom offshore and floating configurations, calculate loads, and linearize models to examine operating-point behavior. The companion FAST.Farm extends these simulations to interacting turbines across a wind farm. The software can be compiled and run on Unix-based or Windows systems.
