Open Journal Systems manages scholarly publishing from manuscript submission through peer review and online publication. Editors assign reviewers, track deadlines and organize articles into issues, while journal teams configure roles, themes and publication metadata. One installation can host multiple journals. The PHP application can be installed on an organization's server, and the developer also offers hosted service options.
