OpenPNMPython framework for pore-network modeling and simulations of porous materials.MIT
Python framework for pore-network modeling and simulations of porous materials.
OpenPNM is a Python framework for modeling porous materials as networks of pores and connecting throats. Researchers install it as a package and assemble networks, geometry and phase models in Python scripts. The supplied example builds a cubic network, assigns different geometric models to regions, simulates diffusion with reaction terms and plots the resulting concentration distribution.
