Convert, search, and analyze chemical data.

Open Babel provides programs and a programmer’s toolkit for working with chemical data across molecular modeling, chemistry and related fields. It reads, writes and converts chemical file formats, searches and filters molecular files with SMARTS and other methods, and generates two-dimensional or three-dimensional coordinates from representations such as SMILES and InChI.
