Cross-platform implementation of the OpenAL 3D audio API.

OpenAL Soft is a cross-platform audio library implementing the OpenAL API for sound in virtual three-dimensional environments. Applications can position directional sound sources and use distance attenuation, Doppler effects and environmental processing. The library also supports streamed audio, multichannel buffers and audio capture, with configuration available at user or system level.
