Collect, process, and export telemetry data.

The OpenTelemetry Collector receives, processes and exports telemetry for observability systems. Its single codebase handles traces, metrics and logs and can be deployed as an agent or collector. Applications can use it to route data from supported telemetry formats to open-source or commercial backends instead of maintaining a separate collection agent for each destination.
