Declarative infrastructure-as-code tooling.

Infrastructure teams describe cloud and on-premises resources in reusable configuration files. OpenTofu uses provider APIs to manage components such as servers, networks, storage and DNS. Its workflow separates writing configuration, reviewing a plan and applying the approved changes. State records track managed resources, while modules package configurations for reuse.
