OpenPencil is a vector design application with web and desktop interfaces. Users can create or revise layouts through natural-language prompts, edit designs stored as JSON .op files, and export code for frameworks such as React, Vue and Flutter. Its command-line interface and MCP server let external agents inspect and modify designs, while built-in agent teams can work on separate page sections.
