Browser-based network speed testing using static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

OpenSpeedTest estimates network performance from a web browser using JavaScript and standard web APIs. Its static files can be hosted on a suitably configured web server, letting users test connections without a client plugin. URL parameters can start tests automatically or extend them into continuous stress tests; configured server lists select the endpoint with the lowest latency.
