OpenTelemetry extensions and instrumentation for tracing language-model applications, model providers, frameworks, and vector databases.
OpenLLMetry adds OpenTelemetry instrumentation to Python applications that call language models and vector databases. Developers can initialize the Traceloop SDK or use individual instrumentation packages within an existing OpenTelemetry setup. It traces supported provider and database operations and exports telemetry through standard OpenTelemetry interfaces, allowing teams to inspect LLM application activity in their existing observability systems.
